would like some easier guidance with the tasker and inq quest

Hello,

In order for you to start inq you will have to finish poi first.

Tasker is a npc that you ask for a mission, he will then reply to you "bring me a demon helmet" once you bring him a demon helmet then you will have to ask him for another mission and he will tell you what's next on his list.

There are currently 9 missions and after those mission he will ask you to bring something else.

This way you will have to explore the map in order to finish your legendary item.

Its lootable from lich and they are on several spawns, ill take a look att The drop and increase it if its too low.
